Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance

All of our installations are backed by our own comprehensive one-year workmanship guarantee, in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, which can range from 1 to 5 years depending on the system and package selected.

To ensure continued reliability, efficiency and long-term performance, we strongly recommend that all air conditioning systems are professionally maintained on a regular basis. Routine servicing and safety inspections not only help to extend the lifespan of your equipment, but also ensure the system continues to operate at peak efficiency, delivering improved performance, lower energy consumption and greater reliability compared to systems that are not regularly maintained.

Annual Service Plan

Our annual servicing package includes comprehensive filter and coil cleaning, along with one major service visit covering our detailed 15-point essential inspection and maintenance check. This helps ensure your air conditioning system continues to operate safely, efficiently and reliably throughout the year.

For added flexibility and peace of mind, our maintenance plans come with no long-term contractual commitment, allowing you to cancel at any time should your requirements change.

Our comprehensive maintenance service includes a detailed inspection, cleaning and performance check of your air conditioning system to ensure optimal efficiency, reliability and hygiene. As part of our service, we will:

  • Inspect and clean both the outdoor condenser unit and indoor evaporator coils and fins to prevent blockages and maintain efficient airflow.
  • Check the system remote control for faults, ensure the correct time is set, and programme timers where requested and supported by the system.
  • Inspect the fan assembly, fan motor, compressor and compressor mountings for correct operation and signs of wear.
  • Test and tighten all electrical connections to minimise the risk of electrical faults or damage.
  • Inspect fuses, isolators and electrical protection devices to ensure safe operation.
  • Check the condensate pump, float switches and sensors to help prevent leaks and water damage.
  • Clean and flush condensate trays and drain lines, carrying out descaling and applying water treatment where required.
  • Verify correct condensate flow through both gravity-fed and pumped drainage systems.
  • Inspect air ducts, grilles, filters and insulation for condition and performance.
  • Check refrigerant pipework for integrity, leaks and adequate thermal insulation.
  • Measure temperature differentials across coils in both heating and cooling modes to assess overall system performance and efficiency.
  • Test system controls, operational settings and overall unit functionality.
  • Inspect louvres and louvre motors to ensure correct movement and airflow direction.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitise the unit using professional anti-bacterial and anti-mould treatments to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Inspect unit fascias, covers and hinges for cosmetic condition and any signs of damage or wear.
